The 17-year-old Disney starlet showed off a bit of her bra in a sexy cobweb-like shirt. She finished off her look with a Balenciaga bag, ripped paint-spattered jeans and black studded boots.
Miley was later seen shopping up a storm at the upscale shopping boutique, Maxfields.
